You can get your balance, see what checks have cleared, and transfer funds by using both our telebanking system, on 845-677-5959, and our online banking system, Netteller. Click here to learn more about online banking.

Can I make night deposits/letter drops?

Millbrook Letter Drop

The letter drop slot can be found to the right of the main entrance. We accept deposits, payments, check orders, etc. in envelopes.

Millbrook Night Deposits

The night deposit slot is to the left of the main entrance. Customers and businesses can receive a night deposit lock back and key from customer service. There is no charge for this service.

Amenia, Stanfordville and Pine Plains Letter Drop and Night Deposit

The drop slot for both is located in the drive-up area. Customers and business can receive a night deposit lock bag and key from their branch manager.

How do I send a Domestic / Foreign Wire?

You can initiate a wire at any branch. Please be aware that we will need : the Receiving Bank Name, Address, and ABA number AND the Beneficiary Name and Account number

For an International Wire, we will also need the SWIFT Code and IBAN.

How do I deposit a Foreign Check?

Please bring any foreign check to one of our tellers with a separate deposit slip. These cannot be added in with US deposits.There is a collection fee of $35.00

Are your deposits insured by the FDIC?

All of a depositor’s accounts at an insured depository institution, including all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts, will be insured by the FDIC up to the standard maximum deposit insurance amount ($250,000), for each deposit insurance ownership category. For insurance in excess of $250,000, please consider the CDARS program.

What do I do if my debit card is lost or stolen?

During business hours, call your branch.

If you have lost or misplaced your Bank of Millbrook Visa Debit Card after business hours, please call Jack Henry Hot Card Center at 866-546-8273.
