Meredith Marsh Tiedemann, CPWA®, Senior Vice President and Trust Officer

A Certified Private Wealth Advisor®, Mrs. Tiedemann has been in the banking and investment advisory services for over 25 years. Her career in Banking began in the Hartford, CT area with Connecticut National Bank and its predecessors (Shawmut Bank and Fleet Bank) working with executives and private banking clients. Most recently she was a Vice President and Trust Officer at Salisbury Trust Wealth Advisory (a division of Salisbury Bank). She holds the designation of Certified Private Wealth Advisor ®. The CPWA® is only awarded to those who meet extensive experience requirements, have successfully completed rigorous coursework in advanced wealth management strategies at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and have passed a comprehensive examination covering topics ranging from advanced asset protection to retirement planning. She has an undergraduate degree from Smith College. A passionate equestrian and volunteer, Mrs. Tiedemann currently serves as a Council member for the Area 1 of the United States Eventing Association.

Thomas R. B. Campbell, Senior Advisor

Mr. Campbell has had a long career as an Investment Management Executive at various local firms, most recently as Vice President and Financial Consultant at Smith Barney in Poughkeepsie. Prior to that, Tom was the Chief Investment Officer at the Premier National Bank Trust Department. He served as the head of the Investment Advisory Department at Brown Brothers Harriman in New York City, where he spent over 30 years.
Tom graduated cum laude from Princeton University. He has been an active member of our community, serving as Chairman of the Board of the Saint Francis Healthcare Foundation and Chairman of the Community Foundation of Dutchess County. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Hudson Valley Estate Planning Council and on the Investment Committee of the Community Foundation.

Barbara S. Komondorea, Trust Administrator

Ms. Komondorea has been with the department since its inception in 2001. Prior to joining the bank, she was employed at George T. Whalen Insurance for 6 years. She is responsible for the daily operations, which encompasses execution and settlement of security trades, posting income and distributions, reconciling security positions, and handling client requests.

Karen A. Sala, Trust Administrator

Ms. Sala began her employment with the Bank of Millbrook in October of 2002. Previously she worked at a large insurance agency in Kingston as Administrative Assistant to the President/Owner and the Vice President of Sales and Marketing/Owner. She assists the Trust Officer and Senior Advisor in preparing correspondence, reports and other presentation materials. She also assists with marketing, Trust and Investment Committee meetings and the daily operations of the department.
