George T. Whalen, III
Mr. Whalen is President and CEO of the Bank of Millbrook. Also, he is President of George T. Whalen Real Estate and an Executive with George T. Whalen Insurance. He serves as a Trustee of Maplebrook School, Director of James L. Taylor Manufacturing Co., and as a Trustee of Millbrook Tribute Garden. He has been a Director of the Bank of Millbrook since 1992 and also serves on the Mortgage, Loan, and Planning Committees. Mr. Whalen received his BA from Siena College and his MBA from Syracuse University.
Drew J. Casertano
Mr. Casertano is Headmaster of Millbrook School. In addition, he is the President and a member of the Executive Committee of the Headmasters Association and a Director of Safe Passage, an organization that serves the poorest at-risk children of families working in the Guatemala City garbage dump. He has been a Director of the Bank since 1998 and serves on the Planning, Trust & Advisory Committees.
Farnham F. Collins
Mr. Collins is with Collins Capital Management. His experience includes over three decades of asset management. His current affiliations include Governor and President of the Millbrook Hunt, Trustee of the Wethersfield Foundation, Honorary Trustee of the Millbrook School and Dutchess Day School. He has been a Trustee and Board Chair of the Sharon Hospital, Director of the Bank of Millbrook, and Trustee, President and Co-Founder of the Dutchess Land Conservancy. Mr. Collins received his BA from Princeton University, and his MA from Trinity College.
Allan B. Rappleyea
Mr. Rappleyea is a partner with the law firm Corbally, Gartland and Rappleyea, LLP. His affiliations include President of the Board of Directors of the Our Lady of Lourdes Fund, Inc. He received his degrees from Canterbury School, Union College, and Western New England Law School. He has been a director of the Bank since 2002 and serves on the Trust Committee and the Planning Committee.
Mr. Thorne is the founder and CEO of Thorndale Farm, LLC, which oversees the family investment portfolio. Prior to founding the Thorndale Farm in 1996, he served as the CEO of Commerce Clearing House (CCH) until its sale to Dutch publishing company, Wolters Kluwer. He serves on boards of multiple for-profit and charitable organizations. Mr. Thorne received a BS in Journalism from Boston University and an MBA from Columbia University. Mr. Thorne joined the Board of the Bank in 2015 and serves on the Trust Committee and the Investment Committee.
Ms. Pollack has over 25 years of experience as a senior executive in branding and merchandising for the home furnishings industry. Patsy has worked with the many prestigious brands such as Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Calvin Klein Home and Donna Karan Home. Ms. Pollack received a BA from Vassar College, Poughkeepsie, NY. She is a resident of Millbrook and New York City. She has been a Director of the Bank since 2016 and serves on the Loan and Trust Committees.
